Conrad Weiser Summer Leadership Programs

LIT (Leaders-In-Training) Ages 15 and 16

Two Week Sessions- July 1-July 14 or July 29-August 11 $1000

Campers will work with their peers to develop their leadership and problem solving skills. This intensive program allows teens to participate in traditional camp activities in the morning and both individual and group development in the afternoon. Time will be spent with our Adventure Team on both the high and low ropes course. Two day trips are part of the schedule.

CIT (Counselor-In-Training) Age 16

Three Week Sessions- June 24-July 14 or July 22-August 11  $1575

This intense experience is an experiential, skills-progressive leadership program for teens who are interested in becoming camp counselors. Campers will learn from veteran staff and will develop the skills and strengths needed to be positive role models and leaders in the camp community. Interviews will be scheduled in February and March.  2012 CIT Application. 

Junior Counselor- Age 17

Junior Counselors are volunteer staff members 17 or 18 years of age who are not yet able to apply to be counselors on our team.
