Our Literary Theme Camps are an opportunity to immerse yourself in the worlds of some of your favorite heroes and heroines. In addition to unique games, crafts, challenges and quests inspired by these book series, campers will also have the opportunity to try their hands at their own fan fiction and art.
The price of these programs is $865.00 per week. Our literary immersion theme camps are for young people ages 10-15 who love these books! Register for these programs on the Camp Conrad Weiser Registration Form.
Camp Half-Blood: June 18 – June 24
Come to Camp Half-Blood and stay in the cabin of your Greek Godparent. In this program you will build your own sword, interact with Greek gods and goddesses, compete in war-like capture the flag games to bring honor to your house and complete a quest to save the world!
Camp for the Peculiar: July 2 – July 8
Based on the novel series “Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children”. Find your inner peculiarity while jumping in and out of loops, defeating monsters and embarking on a quest to help your fellow “Peculiars”.
Penn’s Woods (A Harry Potter World Program): July 16 – July 22
Join us for a week at Hogwarts themed summer camp in the United States and leave your Muggle-life behind. Immerse yourself in an American take on a magic inspired summer camp. At Penn’s Woods Summer Camp for the Magically Gifted you will craft your own wand, tackle Quidditch and complete a week-long quest!
Ranger’s Corps: July 30 – August 5
Along with a band of other Ranger candidates, you’ll study with the Rangers of Araluen to learn archery, horse-back riding, tracking, camouflage, survival skills and more. Based on John Flanagan’s popular series, earn your silver oak leaf by completing a mission for the King and preserving the peace in the kingdom.
