While we have some wonderful information to share with you about our programs and how they transform the lives of young people, nothing can replace an actual visit to Camp. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits may be transferred to another session or another participant.
Cancellation Timeline
60+ days before the session: Eligible for a full refund minus the deposit.
Less than 60 days before the session: ❌ No refund (except for medical reasons).
Medical Exceptions:
Before the session: Full refund including deposit with documentation from a physician.
During the session: Refund of unused session fees with physician documentation.
Medical exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved.
❌ No Refunds For:
Late arrivals or early departures
Homesickness
Behavioral dismissal
Voluntary withdrawal
