Quality Programs Require Quality Staff

At Bynden Wood Day camp, we expect excellence from our staff. We are very selective with our staff and our team is specifically chosen to be able to excel in a busy day camp program. Our staff bring enthusiasm and energy and they create an atmosphere of fun for all of their campers. They are hired because they have demonstrated a true desire to change the lives of children. At Bynden Wood Day camp, our staff take the time to get to know their campers and they are focused on each individual child's development within the group and group or Tribe as a whole.

All staff are individually selected after an extensive application, interview and national background check process. The average age of our day camp staff is 21.  We value diversity in our programs and each summer several of our Bynden Wood staff travel from around the world to join the day camp team.
