Deposit and Tuition
  • A $200 deposit is required for each camp session with registration. Tuition balance is due by May 1, 2012.
  • Methods of payment accepted: Check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. Make checks payable to South Mountain YMCA.
  • Please inquire about courtesy rate structure for YMCA Staff and Members.
Cancellations and Refund Policy

All deposits are refundable until February 1, 2012. If a cancellation occurs after February 1, 2012, or at least 60 days prior to the beginning of the session, payments will be refunded, MINUS the deposit. After this time, no refund will be given except as listed below:

  • If cancellation occurs for a physician-documented medical reason all fees, MINUS the deposit will be refunded.
  • If during a session it is advised to send a camper home for medical reasons, the remaining portion of the session will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
  • In case of homesickness, dismissal, or voluntary withdrawal there is NO refund of any fees.
