International Camp Process/Instructions

If you are a U.S. student wishing to travel abroad on an International Camper Exchange Program (ICEP) to Germany, Spain, or another country with a partner YMCA, please call the camp office at 610-670-2267 and ask for Sue Williams, Summer Camps Director.  You may also contact us directly using the Contact button found in the top right corner of this page.  An application and interview are required for campers travelling abroad.

If you are a student from outside the United States wishing to attend a session at YMCA Camp Conrad Weiser, there are two easy options available to you.

1. Contact the South Mountain YMCA Camps directly at 610-670-2267 or by email using the Contact button found in the top right corner of this page.  You and your family can arrange a 2-8 week visit, as well as various trips along the east coast including cities like New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington D.C.
2. Contact your local YMCA and inquire if they have travel abroad programs for summer camp.  We currently have active partnerships with the YMCA of Spain, the YMCA of Hanover (Germany), as well as the YMCA of Russia.  You can find these contacts on our Overseas Partners page.
