This program is part of the National YMCA Adventure Guides Program and is designed to help a parent (or guardian) and a child build a strong, lasting relationship by spending quality time together doing fun and constructive activities. In the Adventure Guides, a parent and child can learn and grow together in a program that encourages fun, understanding, and companionship with each other as well as with other parents and children in the program. Together they build memories, self-esteem, and develop the foundation for a lifelong healthy relationship.
